Delicious, right?! Well last night I was almost off work and I remembered a recipe on the box of some Phillo Paper I had bought a while back that said Pizza Bites. I decided I wanted to make them for dinner. So I stopped by the store and picked up the items I would need. Since my fiance loves tomatoes, he made his one way, and I made mine another(I absolutly hate tomatoes). I will do both recipes for you on here.

Kelsey's Pizza Bites

5 sheets of Phillo Paper cut into 4x4 squares
2 cups of mozzerella cheese, shredded
1.5 cups parmesean cheese
Pizza Sauce
Fresh Basil

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f. Lightly spray your muffin pan with cooking spray. Prepare your phillo paper and press it into your cups. I only did six pizza bites for myself. Bake them in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until edges of paper are golden brown. Take them out and put however much cheese you want on the bottem. Cover the cheese in a tablespoon or so of pizza sauce. Put cheese ontop of the sauce and top it off with freshly cut basil. Trust me, the fresh makes a differance! Make sure you have enough cheese so that when it melts into the cup, there will be enough on top to make a differance. Pop them back in the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melty. When you take them out of the muffin pan they will be warm but not hot so you dont need to worry about burning yourself! Enjoy!!!

Take the cups out and put the tomatoes on the bottem. Cover the tomatoes with both cheeses and top it off with freshly cut basil. Trust me, the fresh makes a differance! Let me know what you think about the recipe and post pictures of your own!!

XOXO Kelsey
